At Mikrotools, we have been focused on micromachine development for more than 10 years. We don’t only build machines for micromachining, but also have showcased extensive fabrication capabilities with various micro-sized parts and features. 

With ever more stringent requirements, it is increasingly difficult to achieve the final target feature/part within a single process. For that reason, we have focused on hybrid machining. Utilizing our Hybrid multi-process DTi machines, we are able to optimize multiple processes into a single machine to fabricate parts and features that meet the final requirements, cost-effectively.

When we first started working on micromachining, it was about the feasibility of fabricating such tiny features. Today, it is about productivity and cost-effectiveness. We understand the know-how of fabricating micro-sized parts accurately, precisely, rapidly, while keeping costs in mind. We progress with process/product development which is sustainable and we have proven that time and again.
